This week, I tried to remake one of the first designs I did to use as a side by side comparison to show the improvement. However, I ended up not using it, since I liked the other photos more and thought that the improvement was more obvious that way.

Since this is the last loaf of bread I made, I also used up all of the sourdough starter.
