This week’s bread also went pretty well.
I baked it for five minutes longer than last time and put 50 grams less water. The dough didn’t spread at all during baking and was fully cooked.
I think that it could have risen a little bit more before it baked, since the centre is still a little bit dense. I still need a little bit more practice scoring, since the designs weren’t as symmetrical as I wanted them to be. There wasn’t as much of an ear on this loaf, because it wasn’t scored on as much of an angle.
