This week’s loaf of bread didn’t go quite as well as last week’s. I added a little too much water again, and the bread was slightly undercooked. It didn’t rise as much and spread out from having excess water. I tried a different type of pattern this time.
I forgot to take a picture of the dough before baking again, but I will hopefully remember next time.
I didn’t realize the spreading was due to too much water. I’ve had that problem before too. Thanks for the tip!
