Week 3

This week, I tried baking my first loaf of sourdough bread. The texture was a little bit too dense and it didn’t rise as much as it was supposed to, which was probably because I didn’t put enough water in the dough. This is how it turned out:

The sourdough starter isn’t ready yet, so I used yeast in this bread with some of the starter. The starter is bubbling and rising now, so it should be ready to use soon.
